Andy utilises a full and successful 22-year HM Armed Forces career, with professional development in Leadership and Management and Coaching and Mentoring, that enabled promotions, honours and awards - With what might be considered as “Expert by Experience” parental responsibilities for an Autistic Young Person with Severe Learning Disabilities, that presents with Behaviour that Challenges.

Andy is a plausible leader and Senior Manager in care, progressing through Support Worker, Senior, Team Leader, Deputy Manager, Care Quality Commission Registered Manager, Operations Manager, and Operations Director roles. 

Experienced in the planning, commissioning and managing of residential services, and the turnaround of failing Supported Living, Domiciliary and Residential services.

Andy has also led a large diverse clinal team, comprising of Clinical Psychologists and assistants, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Speech and Language Therapists.  Managing a 29-bed rehabilitation centre for individuals with Acquired Brain Injuries.

An award-winning professional with 20 years’ experience in Health and Social Care, Nicky has an outstanding reputation across the Wirral and Liverpool City Region.

After a successful career in the hospitality sector working as a Team Leader and Manager, Nicky decided to utilise her interpersonal skills and caring nature to support others. 

This was immediately evident when she won Home Instead “2012 CARE Giver of the Year" In recognition of her commitment, passion and dedication to making a real difference in the lives of others. 

A huge achievement that it was only after 11 months in the Company, that Nicky was nominated for the award against approximately 6500 Care givers eligible, in a Nation-Wide event, that she was handed first prize.

Nicky has vast experience across Domiciliary Care and Supported Living, supporting Young People with Autism and or Learning Disabilities and indiviuals that require complex care.

Diagnosis such as, MND, Dimentia, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy and Simpson Galabi Behmel syndrome and supporting with all aspects of personal care, feeding - Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) feeding.

Phil is an experienced and skilled teacher with over 20 years’ experience, having comprehensive, first-hand experience across the Key Stage 3 and 4 sector. 

Phil attained a 2:1 degree in Design and Technology Education from Liverpool John Moore’s University and moved into a teaching role within a SEN school, for teenagers with significant needs and behaviours that challenge. This would start the journey of Hybrid Care Support & Education.

Phil’s teaching specialism is Design and Technology, and he has attained wide experience teaching KS3 Graphic drawing, Textiles, Food, Electronics and Resistant Materials. 

He has KS4 extensive experience, having taught amongst other things; GCSE Catering, Resistant Materials, and Child Development, BTEC Level 2 Home Cooking Skills, GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition and Level 2 Food Hygiene qualifications. Whilst in mainstream Phil completed a master’s degree in teaching and learning with Liverpool Hope University.

Phil has years as a Staff Governor 4 school linking schools and Local Authorities. 

Phil became a specialist in ASC and completed his master’s in special educational Needs Coordination (SENCO award), through Edge Hill University. He supported the school in attaining Autism Specialist Status, a flagship school in ASC education. In a highly skilled role, Phil became one of the SENCO team, liaising with the LA, writing Educational Heath Care Plans and supporting teaching staff to become more skilled in teaching students with an ASC diagnosis.
